Annual Meeting of Shareholders
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to protect the health and safety of our shareholders, employees and communities, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held by remote communication in the form of a webcast at 9:00 a.m. (ET) on May 20, 2021. On or about April 2, 2021, we plan to send proxy materials, or a notice of internet availability of proxy materials, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on the record date.
